Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening (melted butter)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg and add sugar and other ingredients.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Bake in greased and floured muffin tins 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Yields approximately 12 large muffins.
