Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients until thick and smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until blended well.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
