Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. celery
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let stand 3 to 4 hours.
