Pork Tenderloin With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. (no added salt) chicken broth or white wine
    1/4 c. lite sour cream
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat and cut each tenderloin into 6 pieces crosswise.
    Flatten each piece to 1/2-inch in a large frying pan. Cook mushrooms in margarine over medium heat for 3 minutes, covered.
    Then 3 more minutes, uncovered.
    Drain liquid.
    Remove mushrooms, cover and reserve.
