Old-Fashioned Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flavoring until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.
    Continue beating at high speed for 10 minutes.
    Fold in flour (do not beat).
    Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
