Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery
    3 large tomatoes
    savor salt
    salt
    pepper
    1 can chopped green chili
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil ingredients 3 to 4 hours until very soft.
    Add savor salt, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    When mixture is completely blended, add 1 can chopped green chili and cheese.
    Let cheese melt.
    Keep warm.
    Serve as a dip or over rice or chicken or scrambled eggs. Can be frozen.
