Creamy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. uncooked macaroni
    2 c. Velveeta (diced)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    While macaroni cooks to tenderness, make sauce as follows. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Then add milk slowly.
    Add diced cheese and cook at low temperature until cheese melts.
    Put drained macaroni into a casserole dish and pour cheese sauce over it.
    Top with paprika or Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
