Rice Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix ground meat and rice.
    Add salt and pepper and form into balls, about 1/2-inch in diameter.
    Place in baking dish.
    In skillet, saute onions and bell peppers in 1 tablespoon butter. Add tomato sauce.
    Season with salt and pepper and pour over meatballs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
