Breaded Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    2 eggs
    dash of salt and pepper
    garlic powder or fresh garlic will do
    Parmesan cheese
    a little oregano and parsley
    bread crumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Peel and slice zucchini.
    Slice it in rounds about a quarter-inch thick.
    Prepare a dish with eggs, salt and pepper and garlic powder.
    Add Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley.
    With a fork, beat this into a batter.
    Dip the zucchini slices into the egg batter.
    Have a dish ready with the bread crumbs.
    From the egg batter, dip the zucchini into the bread crumbs.
    With a little olive oil in skillet, fry each slice of zucchini, making it a golden brown on each side.
    If you have egg batter leftover, you can dip bread and fry, which is very good.
