Fruit Filling Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
    Mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Mix butter/sugar mixture and flour mixture together.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and spread half the batter; spread one can pie filling over the batter.
    Spread remaining batter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    (Powdered sugar frosting can be streuseled over the top.)
