Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    3 or 4 firm bananas
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake pie crust and let cool.
    Cover bottom of pie shells with banana slices and cover the bananas with pecans.
    Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.
    Cook these 3 ingredients until thick on low heat.
    Cool and pour over bananas and nuts.
    Sprinkle coconut over this mixture.
    Spread Cool Whip on top and chill.
