Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (may use 1/2 whole wheat)
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Beat ingredients together.
    Pour approximately 1/5 to 1/4 into hot greased frying pan.
    Spread batter to all edges by tipping the pan until it reaches all the edges and the batter is covering the whole bottom of the frying pan.
    When the batter appears to no longer be runny (approximately 2 to 3 minutes), turn the crepe over to cook the other side.
    Should yield 4 to 5 crepes, depending on the size of the crepe or frying pan.
