Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
    Add oil and eggs, beating one at a time.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.
    Pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
