Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. red candied cherries
1/2 lb. green candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. dates
1/2 lb. raisins
14 oz. pkg. coconut, flaked
1 lb. pecans
3 cans Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
-
Chop fruits, dates and pecans.
Mix everything together.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0. Cool in pan for 2 hours.
This makes a large cake.
