Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 c. flour
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a very large bowl.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix gently with a wooden spoon.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    Use mix as desired.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
