Chicken With Prosciutto And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast, halved, boned and skinned
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices Prosciutto
    4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. dry white wine
    fresh black pepper
Preparation
    Slice halves of chicken breast lengthwise, making 4 slices. On waxed paper, roll chicken in Parmesan cheese.
    In skillet, heat butter to foaming and saute chicken about 2 minutes on each side. Lay slice of Prosciutto, then slice of cheese on each strip of chicken and secure with a toothpick.
