1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix ingredients together; roll dough into balls about the size of a walnut, then roll in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
