Seaburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can seafood
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped pickle
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. minced celery
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 buttered hamburger buns
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
    8 rich round crackers, crushed (1/3 c.)
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Place fish fillets in a single layer in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon souffle atop.
    Combine crushed crackers, wheat germ, and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over all.
