Asparagus And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can asparagus
    4 oz. cooked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 pt. milk
    3/4 pt. chicken and vegetable stock
    1 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Using a food processor, puree together the potatoes, asparagus, milk and sour cream.
    Pour into a saucepan with the chicken or vegetable stock and heat gently.
    Add the Cheddar cheese to the pan; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with crusty bread. Serves 2.
