Anthony'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tart apples, pared, cored, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, spices, and a dash of salt.
    Mix with apples.
    Fill bottom crust with apple mixture.
    Dot with butter. Add top crust.
    Cut slits.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
