Mexican Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1 c. 1/2-inch cubes Velveeta cheese
    1/2 small can chopped jalapenos
    cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender and drain.
    Mix in cheese and peppers.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cover with crackers or buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
