Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow squash
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 carrot, grated
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 pkg. Pepperidge farm herb stuffing
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook squash, salt and onion.
Drain.
Mix squash, cream of chicken soup, chestnuts, sour cream, carrot and onion.
Melt margarine with stuffing mix.
Make a layer of stuffing, then cover with squash mixture; top with remainder
of stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
