Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
2 c. Minute rice
1 clove garlic
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 cans beef bouillon soup
Preparation

Saute garlic, onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in butter, about 5 minutes.
Add Minute rice and brown slowly for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add bouillon and boil for 5 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
