Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. chicken consomme (hot)
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 pimento, cut in strips
    1 c. toasted nut meats or slivered almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    3/4 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Heat chicken and consomme in pan over slow heat.
    Remove and mix all ingredients in order given.
    Season to taste and mix well. Put in casserole.
    Cover with crushed potato chips and cheese. Bake in oven at 450\u00b0
    for 15 minutes until warm.
    Serve.
