Spinach Fandango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 large slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add mushrooms.
    Season with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic.
    Place unthawed spinach on top of meat mixture.
    Cover and let steam until thawed.
    Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Place in an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Top with the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
