Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 cups parsley flakes
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter. Roll in dry mixture and place in shallow pan.
    Do one piece at a time.
    Sprinkle any remaining dry mixture over coated pieces. Pour remaining butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
