Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 1/2 c. hot tap water
    1/4 c. brown sugar (optional)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. wheat flour
    3 1/2 to 4 c. white flour
    about 1/4 to 1/2 c. wheat flour (for kneading)
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the water and let set 5 minutes.
