Japanese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or turkey
    1 c. carrots, grated
    6 oz. potatoes, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 c. skimmed evaporated milk or 1/3 c. powdered milk, mixed with 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cream of mushroom, 1 chicken, broccoli or 1/2 tomato soup
Preparation
    Grate carrots, potatoes and onion.
    Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Saute onion until transparent.
    Mix ground chuck or turkey, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Shape into meat balls.
    Cook meat balls in a sprayed skillet until brown. Place cooked meat balls in a single layer in a large baking dish. Mix soup and milk together.
    Pour mixture over meat balls; bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
