Deb'S Breakfast Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1(8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausages
    1 c. (1 lb.) tomato wedges
    1 c. (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Arrange sausage links in 8-inch square glass baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Pour off any accumulated fat.
    Drain tomatoes, saving juice.
    Add tomatoes and corn to sausages, prepare muffin mix as directed on package, using eggs and 2/3 cup tomato juice for the liquid.
    Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until corn bread is done. Cut into squares or spoon out to serve.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
