Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. red food coloring (two 1 oz. bottles)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients as listed and beat well with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cool layers 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
