Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cabbage leaves
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water and let stand until limp; drain.
    Combine the next 7 ingredients.
    Place equal portions of meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf.
    Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
