Veal Ball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1 medium zucchini, cut up
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 lb. lean ground veal
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
sweetener equal to 4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except veal, cinnamon and sweetener. Place over low heat.
Cook until vegetables are tender but crisp.
