Butterscotch Nut Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. corn syrup
    1/2 c. pecans
    4 apples, peeled, cored and halved
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and syrup.
    Add pecans.
    Place in shallow baking dish; top with apples, cut side down.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, basting twice.
