Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    marshmallows or orange slices (candy)
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    In bottom of 8-inch pan, place rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, marshmallows or orange slices.
    Pour first 8 ingredients that have been mixed together on top of rhubarb, sugar and marshmallows or candy and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cake is done.
