Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh, frozen or canned, drained peaches
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. boiling water or peach juice
Preparation
    Place peaches in baking dish.
    Combine self-rising flour and 1 cup sugar.
    Cut in 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir in milk.
    Cover peaches with batter.
