Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Microwave butter in an 8-inch round dish about 30 seconds to melt butter.
    Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
    Cut each lengthwise into 8 pieces.
    Dip into melted butter; arrange peel side down in baking dish.
    Combine cheese, salt and paprika.
    Sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
    Cover with paper towel.
    Microwave at High for 10 to 11 minutes or until potatoes are almost done, rotating dish once or twice.
    Let stand a few minutes to finish cooking before serving.
