Diabetic Big Batch Muffins For Freezer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 beaten egg whites
    1 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
    1/2 c. Cary's diet maple syrup
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. skim milk
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. cold coffee
    3 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. each: oatmeal, whole wheat flour and white flour
    2 c. bran cereal
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add Sugar Twin, syrup, oil, soda, baking powder and spices.
    Alternate flours with coffee and milk.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
