Creamy Lemon Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 (15 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

In bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin.
Stir until Jell-O dissolves.
Gradually beat hot Jell-O into cream cheese until cream cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 8-cup mold, lightly brushed with salad oil.
Chill until firm.
Makes about 12 servings.
