*Microwave Pan Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat (from roasting pan)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pan juices
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put fat and flour into a 4-cup glass measuring cup.
    Stir until smooth.
    Microwave on High power 5 to 7 minutes, stirring twice, until mixture turns golden and loses its raw flour taste. Stir in juices.
    Microwave on High, stirring twice, until gravy bubbles fast and thickens, 4 to 6 minutes.
    Taste.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Adjust consistency with more stock or broth as desired.
