Weight Watcher'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    pepper
    garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    basil
    parsley
    oregano
Preparation
    Saute onions and beef.
    Add tomato sauce, spices and mushrooms.
    Squeeze liquid from spinach and mix with cottage cheese.
    Cut Mozzarella into strips.
