Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon or ham
    10 eggs
    7 slices bread, cubed
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mushrooms
    1/2 c. pimentos
    1/2 c. chives (fresh or dehydrated)
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain and crumble it.
    Sprinkle evenly in baking dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and dry mustard together; pour over bacon. Add bread cubes, pimentos and mushrooms. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    To check, use a butter knife.
    If it comes out clean, it is done. Makes 10 servings.
