Peppy Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red, yellow or green peppers or 1 of each, cut in half lengthwise
    1 (4.5 oz.) pkg. Spanish rice, cooked
    1/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper, cubed
    1/4 c. celery slices
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Fill each pepper with approximately 1/3 cup rice mixture; place in shallow baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
