Rosita Fatler'S Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 large tart apple, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In baking dish, place chicken in single layer.
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut; add to chicken with apple and onion.
    Add wine, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Add small amount of water if dry after 1/2 hour.
    Cover for last half of baking.
