Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn kits
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute ground beef until done and brown.
Wash and drain to remove grease.
Put back on heat, add salt and pepper.
Mix corn kit, corn, egg and onion.
Add Cheez Whiz and beef.
Mix well until Cheez Whiz is melted.
Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch well-greased pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
