Rice With Chicken And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. fat or oil
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
1 c. cut-up cheese
salt and pepper as you like
Preparation

Chop onion and cook in oil until tender and lightly browned. Add chicken broth.
Heat to boiling and add rice.
Lower heat. Cover and cook about 25 minutes until rice is tender.
Add chicken and cheese.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Add salt and pepper.
