Cheddar Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Save enough cheese to sprinkle over top.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in glass pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
