Italian Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 large potato, diced
    3 stalks celery, cut fine
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 qt. chicken stock
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    egg noodles
    1 can navy beans
    Italian cheese
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients in microwave for 15 minutes and add chicken stock, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
    Cook additional 10 to 15 minutes until vegies are tender.
    Add a good handful of egg noodles and navy beans.
    Cook until noodles are done; serve with Italian cheese sprinkled on top.
