Cauliflower Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    2 eggs
    chopped parsley
    1 crushed garlic clove
    oil for frying
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil or steam cauliflower until cooked.
    When cool, separate into flowerets.
    Discard tougher ends of stalk and main stalk. Mash cauliflower with fork.
    Beat in eggs, parsley, garlic and seasoning.
    Form into patties and fry in oil until golden brown. Turn once.
    A delicious change from potatoes or rice!
