Italian Vegetable Pizza Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated All Ready pizza crust
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. seeded, chopped and drained plum tomatoes
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and garlic; cook 2 to 6 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring often.
    Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
