Chris' Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bell peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can each pinto, kidney and chili beans
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1 large onion
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Chop peppers and boil until tender.
    While boiling peppers, brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    Mix together in large pot the peppers, beef, beans, tomato juice and chili seasoning.
    Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
    Good served with sweet pickles, olives and Cheddar cheese.
